At Future Icons, we aim to offer a transformative learning experience that focuses not only on skill development but also on emotional intelligence, communication, and personal growth of children. We believe in the value we deliver and stand behind our program with a structured, transparent, and conditional 100% Refund Policy, specifically tailored to protect the interests of both parties.
A student must complete at least 3 full calendar months of active enrollment and participation in the program before becoming eligible to request a refund.
The 3-month period will be calculated from the official batch commencement date, not from the date of payment or registration.
The refund will only be considered if the parent/guardian genuinely observes no measurable improvement in the child’s performance areas including—but not limited to:
Confidence & Stage Presence
Communication & Listening Skills
Creativity & Problem Solving
Discipline & Personal Responsibility
Emotional Maturity & Social Behavior
The student must have maintained a minimum of 95% attendance across all live sessions.
Active participation is a mandatory condition. Passive or camera-off attendance will not be considered as valid participation.
This refund policy is valid only for the first-time enrollees of the Future Icons program.
Students re-enrolling after dropping out, or joining in another batch, will not be eligible.
If the enrollment has been made via discount coupon, affiliate offer, partner organization, or any third-party promotion, the maximum eligible refund will be 50% of the total course fee, excluding all non-refundable charges.
The following charges are strictly non-refundable under any condition:
A fixed Processing & Onboarding Fee of ₹2500 (covers LMS setup, trainer allocation, orientation, and admin costs).
Any applicable government taxes, GST, or payment gateway/transaction fees levied at the time of registration. These are collected and submitted to statutory bodies and hence cannot be reversed or reimbursed.
The refund request must be raised strictly within 7 days after completion of the third month.
Requests made outside this window will be automatically disqualified.
Parents/Guardians must submit:
A detailed written explanation or video testimonial highlighting the observed concerns.
Filled-in Feedback/Refund Application Form.
Progress tracking report screenshots, if applicable.
Upon refund approval, the student must permanently discontinue use of all study materials, recorded videos, digital resources, group communities, and LMS access.
Any violation or unauthorized use of content post-refund may invite legal action under copyright protection.
Refund will be denied if:
The student/parent has used abusive, threatening, or unprofessional language with the team or instructors.
There has been a breach of conduct, such as misbehavior in class, spreading negativity, or encouraging others to quit.
This policy applies only once per student, irrespective of how many programs, modules, or siblings enroll under the same account.
Once approved, refunds will be processed via NEFT/Bank Transfer within 7–14 business days.
Refund amount will be calculated as:Total Paid Fee – ₹2500 (non-refundable) – Taxes – Offers (if any)
Future Icons reserves the sole discretion to approve or reject any refund claim, based on compliance with the above terms.
Our decision shall be considered final and binding.
